I have been using the Partial Powers System, originally written by Gideon Wienstien. It breaks down the specific effects of each power into an incremental buying scheme to better reflect a users progression and competence with the powers. An outline of the Partial Powers and their Prerequisites is available as is a full description of the basic powers. I have not listed the Advance Powers so I can continue to keep my players in the dark about it. I have modified the system in places to fit my game.

Political Factions in Amber
This is just a simple overview of the known major political movements in Amber. Some elders very openly participate in activities related to the various political interests, others work secretly. Currently, Amber is heavily divided amongst its population, over the issues presented by the major interests and most political discussions end up in angry exchanges. This is not an full list of all political interest groups in Amber, just the largest and most well known. There is little in the way of any formal leadership in any group, but the movers and shakers within each interest hold great power over other members.

The first six Game Logs were not originally intended to be read by folks who hadn't been playing and can be confusing. To give an unfamiliar reader a better look at what has gone on, I have compiled an Outline of Events that have gone on in the game.
