Research interests:

 

I am interested in Number Theory. More specifically: Arithmetic Geometry, Elliptic Curves, Arithmetic of Function Fields, Arithmetic of curves over finite fields. Please read my research statement to have a better idea on what I am working right now.

I was born in Feira de Santana, Bahia, Brazil.

I have studied at Universidade Estadual de Feira de Santana (Licenciatura em Matematica) and Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (Mestrado em Matemática). I have recently finished my PhD in Mathematics at the University of Texas at Austin, under the supervision of Prof. José Felipe Voloch.
