Hi, my name is Perry Eidson. Welcome to my little piece of the web. 

Ok, so it's 1999 and I finally got around to updating this. I have made some conscious decisions about what to do in terms of layout. I know I could make it a whole lot fancier, but I thought I would try to keep it relatively clean and quick to load. Feel free to let me know if you have any comments.

I work in the Telecommunications Department at Emory University. I investigate new telecom technologies and implement those that can benefit the University. I also try to maintain our web pages. 

I live in Grayson, GA, with my wife and kids. We have hers (20 year old son), mine (14 year old daughter), and ours (5 year old daughter). We love it out there. Check out the photo page if you want to see them. We have a great neighborhood where almost everyone is out in their yard or walking in the evenings. I maintain the neighborhood directory and help with our benevolence committee. We try to take flowers or food or whatever is appropriate if someone in the neighborhood is ill or has a death in the family, etc.

Laurine and I are members at First Baptist Snellville where we are active in the Blended Family Class. This is a Sunday School class for couples that have re-married for what ever reason. Some of us have been divorced and re-married, some of us have had a spouse die and have since re-married, and for some of us this is a first marriage but for our spouse it is a second marriage. We enjoy a lot of fellowship and it has certainly helped Laurine and me over some tough spots! If you want more information, please feel free to drop me a line.

We are members of the Woodmen of the World fraternal organization. They have great insurance and great kids programs. Their summer camps allow the kids to attend for a week at very low cost (~$15.00). Look for pictures here soon.
