Mostly Moss began in 1991 as a small landscaping company designing and installing moss gardens in the Atlanta, Georgia area, and mail ordering moss to all areas of the U.S.
Mostly Moss featured a 750 square foot display garden at the 1992 Atlanta Botanical Garden Show, and has been written up in Southern Living Magazine (September, 1993 issue), and Veranda Magazine (Spring, 1996 issue).

A Guide to Mosses and Moss Gardening was written for the "layman gardener" since the only information about mosses is of a very scientific nature. For those of us with shady yards, and especially where it seems nothing else will grow, mosses are ideal.
