		Dr. Laura Namy is the director of the Language and Learning Lab. See her homepage for additional information.
		Sumarga (Umay) Suanda is in his fourth year in the doctoral program in Cognition and Development in thePsychology Department. He is interested in how domain-general and cross-situational learning mechanisms help explain how children and adults infer the meaning of novel words.
		Brandi Biscoe Kenner joined the doctoral program in Cognition and Development in thePsychology Department in fall 2009. She is interested in the cognitive mechanisms underlying early language and symbol acquisition, and how these mechanisms may predict emergent literacy skills in young children.
		Christina Tzeng is a second year graduate student in the Cognition and Development Program in the Psychology Department. She is interested in the processes by which adult and children listeners integrate linguistic and non-linguistic cues to understand speech and the effects that these processes have on language learning.
		Nassali Mugwanya is a senior NBB major working as an Experimenter and Reserach Assistant in the lab. She first got involved as a SIRE (Scholarly Inquiry and Research at Emory) Research Partner in the language and learning lab, serving as the lab organizer as a sophomore.
		Maggie Dancel is a senior majoring in Psychology with a minor in Religion. She joined the lab in Spring of 2010, helping with coding and other lab tasks!
		Ann Marie Finley is a sophomore with an interest in psychology. She has been working in the Language and Learning Lab since the Spring of 2010 as a research assistant!
		Katie Kimora is a junior double majoring in Psychology and International Studies. She joined the Language and Learning lab in the Fall 2010 and helps as a Research Assistant.
