Sumarga (Umay) Suanda is in his second year in the doctoral program in Cognition and Development in the Psychology Department . He is interested in how domain-general and cross-situational learning mechanisms help explain how children and adults infer the meaning of novel words. | |

Brandi Biscoe Kenner will be joining the doctoral program in Cognition and Development in the Psychology Department in the Fall of 2009. She is interested in early language and symbol acquisition and links to emerging literacy. |

Anna Heilbrun is a senior honors student, completing her thesis in the Language and Learning Lab.

Jane Fisher is a junior Psychology Major who plans to conduct her honors thesis next year in the Language and Learning Lab. |
