Artist Commentary: I spent Saturday on the rocks near the Calacirya, painting the wild seas and craggy coasts of the Blessed Realm. While I worked, a ship with tattered sails emerged from the Enchanted Isles and glided in golden light towards Túna and the city of the Noldor. As she furled her sails, a beacon glinted from the crest of Taniquetil, crowning with light the snow-clad horn that rose above the mists of Aman's shore.
