"Healer" Oil on canvas, 10"x8" wide. Artist Commentary: This is a painting inspired by the scene in C.S. Lewis' Prince Caspian, in which Aslan enters the home of a bedridden woman at the insistence of a child and heals her. My attempt here was to capture something of the love, grace, and healing power of Christ in a simple image.
