"Queen of Heaven" Oil on canvas, 16"x10" wide. Artist Commentary: This image is of Our Lady as depicted in the Revelation of John. In this, she clasps the Christ child while crushing the serpent. This "lady of the moon", crowned with stars, is seen amidst the clouds, and her Child reaches towards a greater light shining beside and behind both of them.
