Purchases We are fully set up to accept PayPal and credit card payments for prints and original artwork purchased on this site. All transactions are secure, and major credit cards are accepted. We will add shipping costs and taxes, as appropriate, based on your location. Original Works We include prices on many original paintings and sketches online; these prices will be included alongside prices for prints. If you do not see a price for an original work in the galleries, however, please contact us directly and we'll be happy to let you know the artwork's status and price. Commissioned Works Professional organizations or individuals interested in commissioning new works should contact Jef directly to inquire about pricing and contract details. Print Purchases All prints are limited edition pigment-based archival quality prints (Giclée), and all are numbered and signed by the artist. All 8"x10" images are printed on 8.5"x11" sheets. All 10"x16" and 11"x14" images are printed, centered, on 13"x19" sheets. All 13"x21" images are printed, centered, on 17"x22" sheets. Please also let us know if you have a favorite image that is not yet available, and we will try to make sure that we include it in forthcoming print offerings. Refunds We understand that mistakes happen, or that for whatever reason, you may find you aren't completely satisfied with an original work or print. In all such cases, we are happy to refund the purchase price and shipping charges once the item(s) are returned to us, at your expense, in good condition. We will also replace, free of any additional charge, prints that have been damaged in shipping. Please call or email us and we'll be happy to work with you. Royalty Payments The following button can be used to send a cash payment to Jef for royalties, fees, etc., using the Paypal system. This system allows payment conversions from virtually any currency. Each "item" added to your cart by clicking will add $10 to your cart. Thus, if you need to pay Jef $100, please click on the following. Then, in your cart window, increase the number of the item to "10" and click on "Update Cart", and proceed with check out.
