| Our research interests are focused on the premise that new chemical reactions must be discovered in order to achieve more highly efficient syntheses of bioactive organic compounds. Many synthetically valuable transformations can be envisioned which have not yet been effectively reduced to practice. To this end we are inventing new reactions to solve these problems, with a particular emphasis on explorations in organometallic chemistry. |
