I have moved on.
I am now a research scientist in the
Center for Informatics and Computing (CIR) at the
Institute
Ruđer Bošković (IRB). I am continuing to work on the
CloudMan project
with Galaxy.

I am a postdoctoral research fellow at Emory University in the Taylor Lab. With that, I am also part of the Galaxy project team.
The focus of my current work is in the area of cloud computing. More specifically, I am enabling Galaxy to seamlessly operate in cloud computing environments. General aims of this effort are to enable domain scientists to perform needed computations without restrictions of locally or publicly available compute resources.
Overall, my research interests lay in the area of distributed computing accessibility, application optimization methods, and application jobs performance tuning.
