Introduction

Cliff Carrubba is an Associate
Professor of Political Science at Emory University. He specializes in game
theory, the politics of institutional design and change, and the European
Union. Graduate courses taught include introductory, advanced and applied
game theory. Undergraduate courses include Comparative Politics, European
Union Politics, and an undergraduate research seminar. Recent published
work has examined coalition formation, legislative design, public opinion
formation, and the European Court of Justice. Current projects focus on
statistical estimation of game theoretic models, selection bias in roll
call vote analysis, and the evolution of judicial systems.
